Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe and secure place at your delivery address. Please let us know if you believe you delivery has been lost or stolen and we will put you in touch with the carrier service used for your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
